    WHAT WE DID

    Instantprint operate in a highly competitive marketplace, so amazing user experience is vital to driving sustained business growth and generating repeat revenue. We designed and developed the site from the ground up with usability at its core.

    We developed an advanced eCommerce website, built to be seamlessly integrated with Instantprint’s internal print management and order processing software to offer web to print service with a genuine 24 hour turnaround.
     
    ‘Upload your own’ functionality allows customers to easily add their own artwork to their print orders, with full preview and a pre-flight artwork checker.

    WHAT WE DID

    One of the bespoke features we developed was the HTML5 based design online tool that allows customers to choose from a range of design templates or create custom designed products in their browser. Starting from a template or a blank canvas customers could create designs by uploading their own photos, artwork, logos, background images. They could format their own layouts, colour and text too - the possibilities are endless!
     
    Customer accounts integration provided full customer account and order management including order progress and delivery status. It also provided a re-order facility and access to their saved online designs.
     
    We also included a promotional / discount code system to allow product and order discounts for promotional marketing.
     
    All of this could be managed by the client via a secure admin area allowing team to keep on top of customer, order, product, content and promo code management.
