After a spate of client wins this spring including Carlisle Brass, Northumbrian Water and Town Centre Automobiles we’re delighted to welcome The Pen Shop as a new client

The Pen Shop are Europe's largest luxury pens & gifts specialist, stocking famous brands such as Montblanc, Parker and Cross. A North East success story, the business was first established in 1858 as T&G Allan Stationers before becoming The Pen Shop in 1946. The company now has 12 retail stores in cities across the UK and a busy eCommerce website serving customers worldwide.

The Pen Shop owners have plans to continue to grow their business and alongside providing some of the finest writing instruments in the world they aim to provide some of the highest levels of customer service too. Having heard of our experience of delivering digital transformation especially in eCommerce, the team approached us to take on their existing Magento eCommerce site while at the same time building a transformative digital strategy and a new bespoke eCommerce site.
