    We announced last year that we were working with Town Centre Automobiles and now we’re delighted to announce that their brand new site has launched.

    Town Centre Automobiles are one of the highest rated Citroen dealerships in the country with some of the best satisfaction ratings for customer service, aftersales and new car sales in the UK. The company was established in 1977 by two brothers from Sunderland and has been a go to car dealer successive generations of satisfied buyers ever since.

    Our journey with Town Centre began last autumn when we first started to work with the team on a new strategic approach to their digital presence. Working with Dealer Principle Chris Sopp, Marketing Manager Abbie Bennett and wider stakeholders we led the business through a discovery phase including requirements analysis, identifying customer needs and aspirations for the future.

    The strategy, functional requirements and creative ideas that came out of this stage allowed us to produce a website that has a huge amount more personality than standard, corporate car dealership websites. With such a strong reputation for being much more than just a car dealership the last thing that Town Centre Automobiles wanted was another generic corporate website. Our designers understood the brief and expertly blended Town Centre’s brand identity along with the Citroen and Peugeot brands that they work with to create a web presence with a unique and distinctive personality.
