This family owned company based in Yorkshire is synonymous with the creation of outstanding teatime luxuries including Preserves, Chutneys, Biscuits, Confectionery, Beverages, Gifts and Hampers. The quality of their fine produce has been recognised by premium retailers including Harrods, Selfridges and Harvey Nichols as well as five star leisure destinations and duty free shops around the world.
Cartwright & Butler approached us towards the end of last year to discuss working on a comprehensive digital strategy to help them continue to grow their already impressive £15 million brand. As well as our digital consultancy experience the team at Cartwright & Butler chose us because of our track record of delivering impressive growth for our existing ecommerce clients.
At the same time as developing a complete digital strategy we will be adopting the company’s existing Magento based website www.cartwrightandbutler.co.uk. This will include a full audit which, when combined with the completed strategy will inform the best direction moving forward. The team are keen to focus on improvements to the site that will help their rapidly growing business provide a seamless customer experience especially in preparation for their busiest time of year, the Christmas period.
