Welcome Aboard Seaward

We’re working with world leaders in electrical testing, Seaward and we'd like to officially welcome on board one of our newest clients.

In late 2016 Seaward Group approached us to work with them on a business wide digital transformation project being spearheaded by their new Strategic Marketing Manager.

Seaward, based in Peterlee, are a world leader in the manufacture of electrical testing equipment including PAT testers, PAT software and installation testing equipment. They had a number of websites and internal systems which have grown organically over time with the business but had become ineffective, outdated and weren’t allowing the company to take full advantage of the opportunities that digital offers.

After some initial scoping meetings at our office and on site at Seaward HQ the team decided that now was the time to affect a strategic digital transformation rather than working on a more sporadic project by project basis.

Since the end of last year Seaward have signed up to one of our digital partnership programmes and we have been working with them on the initial consultation / research and discovery phases. Many of our more ambitious clients are now taking the digital partnership route as it offers a much more holistic and flexible approach that we feel delivers better more effective results in the long term.

One of the outputs of these initial phases is an extensive digital strategy, a roadmap of work streams and projects with objectives that are all directly attributable back to the strategy. Several of these work streams are already in production and we look forward to being able to share them with you in the near future.
