Our team has partnered with Lifesure, a specialist provider of leisure and everyday insurance, to ensure the company’s digital platforms remain robust, compliant and responsive through a period of significant organisational change.

With over 50 years’ experience in the insurance sector, Lifesure has built a reputation for customer care and carefully selected insurance products tailored to customers’ needs. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the company found itself in need of a new digital partner to manage and maintain its website after its previous supplier ceased operations. Enigma stepped in to adopt the existing Craft CMS-based site, stabilising and improving the platform to ensure business continuity at a critical time.

Since then, Enigma has become an integral extension of Lifesure’s marketing and digital team, providing ongoing consultancy, technical support, and strategic guidance. As part of this partnership, Enigma supported Lifesure through its acquisition by Gallagher, one of the world’s largest insurance and risk management firms, and our team worked closely with both organisations to ensure the transition was smooth from a digital perspective, aligning Lifesure’s infrastructure with Gallagher’s systems and branding requirements.

Enigma has helped Lifesure meet the strict regulatory standards expected in the financial services sector, introducing incremental improvements to maintain site integrity and data protection. As part of this work, our team implemented a custom integration to strengthen payment security and ensure compliance with the latest Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).

By combining responsive technical support with practical consultancy, Enigma continues to help Lifesure evolve its digital presence, delivering small but meaningful enhancements that contribute to the company’s wider marketing and customer experience goals.
