We are happy to announce the launch of the new and improved website for our longstanding clients Footprint Learning and Development.
We’ve been working with the lovely people at Footprint since launching a new version of their site back in 2014. In that time, we’ve seen them grow and we’ve made many incremental improvements to the site to support that, but recently they took the decision to comprehensively re-design and re-develop the site. The main aim of this step change was to keep their fun and quirky look but extend their online presence further by using rich content in the form of animations and interactives.
Footprint are a training consultancy specialising in the areas of Leadership, Coaching, Wellbeing, Team Working and Customer Service. With their unique style and positive, upbeat approach to life and work, they offer both online and face to face training sessions that are tailored to the particular needs of the client. Footprint’s clients include the likes of Home Group, Ofsted and CQC and they have recently gone international, delivering training in the US and the Philippines for global payment facilitator, WorldPay.
Footprint’s new website isn’t just a tool designed to promote their services to prospective clients. It actually goes well beyond that and is also used to help them to prepare their existing clients ahead of raining, whether that’s online or face to face.
The site does this by covering the information required to help the trainees hit the ground running when their training starts. Footprint worked with us to find ways to ensure this online learning is interesting and engaging. Presented in Footprint’s signature entertaining and offbeat style, the animations and interactive sections help trainees to absorb the initial information easily and effectively. Meanwhile, back office tools allow Footprint to manage their client’s access to the relevant training and they can also update various parts of their website effortlessly whenever they need to.
