Northern Powergrid

Northern Powergrid is an electricity distribution business delivering electricity to 8 million customers. Covering an area of 25,000 square kilometres Northern Powergrid’s network consists of more than 61,000 substations, 91,000 kilometres of cables. They are part of the critical national infrastructure, employ over 2,200 people and are open every hour of every day no matter what.

We work as Northern Powergrid's digital partner and provide advice on their entire digital estate. Just some of the projects we work on include the design, development and maintenance of their main site, customer self-service portal, critical comms applications and their intranet.
