  • Enigma Interactive awarded the Good Work Pledge-Advanced

We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Good Work Pledge – Advanced,  accreditation by the North East Combined Authority, in recognition of our commitment to being a good employer and a super place to work 🥇

The Good Work Pledge is an  accreditation  established by the North East Combined Authority. It is a scheme that recognises and celebrates those businesses in the North East region of the UK, that are committed to providing good jobs and looking after their workforce.

The Good Work Pledge is a framework that is set around five key pillars of best practice 1)  Valuing and Rewarding your Workforce 2)  Promoting Health and Wellbeing 3)  Effective Communications and Representation 3)  Developing a Balanced Workforce  4) A Social Responsibility

We met all five of the pillars of the Good Work Pledge to achieve the highest/Advanced accreditation.

Sally Taffs, Holistic Director at Enigma Interactive commented: “We are so thrilled to get this accreditation! It really is testimony to all the lovely, friendly people who work at Enigma – it couldn’t have happened without them. We genuinely take great pride in offering a welcoming, collaborative, creative studio environment, where the atmosphere is relaxed, and employees feel safe, cared for and at home. Getting accreditation for this is the cherry on the cake!”

The North East Combined Authority (North East CA) is led by an Elected Mayor and Cabinet and  covers a region of approximately 2 million people across the seven local authority areas of  County Durham, Gateshead, Newcastle, North Tyneside, Northumberland, South Tyneside, and Sunderland.
