Portfolio: The OU: What's Your Verdict?

 
  • Compelling dramatised video interactive
  • An interactive social experiment - the user is taken on a journey through a fictional case and encouraged to make judgments based on facts as they are presented
  • Integrated with The Open University’s Open Learn platform
  • Launched to tie in with the BBC’s Justice Season 
  • The interactive is purposefully designed to provoke thought and shows how an actual jury and court might operate
  • Collects thought and opinion throughout – allowing you to compare and contrast facts and figures at the end
     

Having previously carried out some exciting work on their interactive Museum of the Dead - those clever people at The Open University came to us with a new brief.

With an overall aim of provoking thought and encouraging learning around the UK justice system, they wanted an interactive which would engage with the user, encourage learning and complement the BBC’s Justice Season. 

So we came up with What’s Your Verdict?  - a dramatised video-based, interactive social experiment (phew!) which provokes thought and captures user opinion throughout their journey.
