Northern Powergrid (formerly CE Electric) needed a proactive digital development agency to manage their corporate web offering. We were delighted when they decided Enigma were that agency!
We've been working together now for almost a decade and in that time the website has moved from being primarily a corporate communications tool, towards offering comprehensive online customer services.
2011 has seen us busily devising the next generation of the Northern Powergrid website. As well as delivering Northern Powergrid's first payment system and giving the site a brand spanking Enigma-keover, they've also kept us busy with the launch of their mobile site, plus online self-services; Who Is My Supplier? and Shrouding. We can promise you that there are more exciting things to come!
