Rowlands Pharmacy

Rowlands tasked Enigma with developing an online pharmacy to compliment and enhance the services offered in-store at present. The website needed to offer many of the same products and services available in-store as well as providing further support through an advice centre, NHS and private prescription service and employment opportunities within Rowlands.

The solution delivered by Enigma is driven by a powerful back office application, based on Enigma’s Trinity CMS Engine. The CMS allows a fully functioning e-commerce system with full audit trail features for the management team at Rowlands, who are able to monitor and update orders and prescriptions at any point in the process. Furthermore, Rowlands can take full ownership of their web-based content and are able to create and update key areas of their website, including; detailed product specifications and prices; seasonal and special offers; store locations (which a user can interrogate based on a given postcode); and recruitment/vacancies.

Aside from the extensive functionality provided by the back office application, the site delivers a clear, concise and consistent visual experience that utilises existing Rowlands Pharmacy colour schemes and key brand icons, alongside an intuitive navigation structure to provide a user-friendly interface that fits coherently with the Rowlands brand.

By thinking beyond the present, Enigma have provided a forward-facing solution capable of performing today, whilst optimising the potential for the site to evolve as the requirements of Rowlands and its customer community change in years to come.
