Maxim
Located in the heart of Scotland with 10 office buildings totalling 756,000 sq. ft built in a single phase, Maxim is the biggest speculatively built office park scheme in the UK. With such an extensive and high profile build scheme it was important for the Maxim team to have a strong and cohesive brand across both their online and offline marketing materials and Enigma were commissioned to work alongside their existing brand agency to design and develop their content managed site.
Following a detailed consultation with the Maxim marketing team and their retail and office letting agents, Enigma created a dynamic site to assist administrators in their marketing of the Maxim office park and its inherent building space to potential retail and office occupiers. In brief, the site consists of the following key features:
- Available building space within each of the 10 buildings, updated in the back office by site administrators
- Dynamic and categorised news articles
- User registration area and back office user management area
- Dynamic downloads area
- Media rich content
One of the more bespoke developments undertaken for the Maxim site allows administrators to update the available space within each of the Maxim buildings via the back office system. This information is then passed through to a Macromedia Flash movie which presents the accurate space information via a graphic-rich interface, providing an ideal balance between form and function.
This complete web solution delivered by Enigma is powered by our Trinity based Content Management System, allowing Maxim to take full control of their website and its content as required.
