High Street Home Loans (HSHL) provides specialist mortgages to customers who require an alternative to the traditional 'high street' lenders. They do not deal directly with customers but instead operate through a network of carefully selected specialist mortgage intermediaries. Their website is fundamental in first recruiting and then interfacing with these partners.
The majority of site content is located in the 'Partners Only' area. Those intermediaries not already registered with HSHL can apply for partner status via the site and, once approved, are given access to a host of useful interactive tools. Mortgage calculators are provided for initial calculations, and a simple form allows partners to apply for a mortgage Agreement in Principle online.
