CE Electric UK FuseBox
Our first challenge was to develop a look and feel to appeal to the target audience. The team at Enigma developed the concept of The FuseBox, which was supported by a revamped Vic Voltage – CE Electric’s safety mascot – as well as some new characters, Billy Brightspark and Lola Livewire.
Content for the site was carefully selected to convey the key safety messages, whilst at the same time offering wider educational value to encourage use by teachers in the classroom. Enigma worked closely with the team at CE Electric, and also enlisted a team of experienced teachers, to devise a wealth of innovative activities and games including puzzles, a history timeline and a circuit builder.
The resulting site offers a strong balance between the clear, definitive safety guidance provided in The Day of Discovery and the more general educational information found in Understanding Electricity.
