Enigma’s Email Marketing Services

Unlike many email marketing platforms our software platform is not charged dependant on the amount of emails sent. Instead you pay per the amount of unique email addresses stored on the platform. Therefore you can send as many emails as you like over the period of a month and only be.

Some of the benefits of our email marketing platform are as follows;

• A unique login system which allows multiple login accounts. Therefore, many people can have different access levels. The platform is also very simple to use and has been designed to help navigate the user through the process of data capture, email creation, email sending and email reporting.
• Bulk upload and export system; allowing clients addresses to be added in bulk or as individual addresses, as well as allowing a bulk export of client data.
• The system can hold extra information on each unique customer including; age, gender, telephone number(s), address, company, position etc. This information can then be used to send out gender specific emails or age specific emails.
• There are no restraints on the number of templates within your account. New templates can be created and uploaded for a fee of £920+VAT per template, discounts available on large orders.
• A built in spam checker, which allows you to check your email before sending it out to make sure it passes some predefined spam filter checks.
• An in-depth statistical reporting feature, allowing the system to track each individual user throughout their interaction with the email.
• The platform can track which users clicked on which link, how many times they click on the link(s) and when they clicked on the links. Therefore the extra post-send feedback can then be analysed to improve future emails.
• Referrals from the email are easily trackable on your website tracking software allowing you to directly analyse ROI.

Costs for our Email Services

There are two pricing options for using Enigma’s email marketing services.

Option One: Renting the system

Option one allows the system to be ‘rented’. This involves some initial training and then the system being used exclusively by you. This allows the price to be reduced as it removes any management fee. The prices for this option can be seen below. They are based on the amount of unique email addresses in the system at any one point in the month.

Any Additional Templates – £920+VAT

Option Two: Management of the system by Enigma

Option two includes a management fee on top of the standard email usage prices in option one. The whole process of uploading the new email, sending and reporting is completed by Enigma on behalf of you. This extra involvement from Enigma is included in the management fee. The email addresses and email copy should still be provided by the client. The extra price of the management fee can be seen below.

Management Fee – Charged on an hourly basis, dependant on the amount of email campaigns sent in the month period. One email campaign is charged at approximately £300+VAT.

The management fee represents;

• The uploading of new email addresses provided by the client in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
• The uploading of new copy to be provided by the client in a Microsoft Word document (or equivalent software package)
• The sending the email to a chosen email list and,
• Providing an advanced report of the email marketing campaign.

Extra Add-On’s

Additional training and support time can be purchased at an hourly rate and can be used at any time.

Training & Support Time – £75+vat/hour

Additional management time can be purchased as an add-on to an on-going management campaign or as an addition to a ‘self-run’ email campaign.
