News: Enigma HQ is Highly Commended

Enigma HQ was recognised for the impressive building that it is at the prestigious RICS North East Renaissance Awards recently!

The annual awards, dubbed the 'Property Oscars' of the North, celebrated the region’s most impressive buildings and new developments at a glittering ceremony held in Newcastle last week.

Competing amongst the likes of Eldon Square, Northumbria University and Quorum Business Park,  Enigma HQ proved that it's not just a pretty face! 

The building, based on Newcastle's Quayside, achieved ‘Highly Commended' in the ‘Building Conservation’ category as well as being short listed in ‘Regeneration’ and ‘Commercial’ categories too.

Since acquiring it, Enigma has revitalised Mansion House Chambers - ensuring the listed building underwent an extensive refurbishment project before we officially moved in last February (2010).

We're delighted that the building was recognised at this prestigious awards ceremony. We're all very proud of our stylish new offices, it's a remarkable building to work in. Our clients always comment on how lovely the building is when they visit and are quite often surprised by how much space we have here.  Since the move we've continued to grow and embark on exciting digital projects with both new and existing clients - and we're pretty sure the stunning views of the Tyne have helped drive our creative inspiration!

Now Quayside Studios, the building, covers just over 9,000 sq ft, with an impressive 4 floors of offices and a commercial bar in the basement. 

Office space is currently available on the second floor and is on the market to let to fellow North East creative businesses.
