News: CE Electric unveils a brand new look and feel

We’re very proud to announce the official launch of the next generation of the  CE Electric website – unveiling a brand new look and feel!

 

 

After several years of providing their customers with comprehensive information on customer services via this corporate site, we all felt it was time for a shiny new look and feel, along with some exciting new features. Ta da!

Designed to offer greater customer choice,  the site has been created working in close collaboration with the CE Electric Communications and Customer Operations teams.

Packed full of self-service features – including ‘Who is my supplier?’ and ‘Why is my power off?’ – the new site has already brought efficiencies to CE Electric, whilst empowering those customers who want it the flexibility to self-serve.

The launch marks the beginning of the unveiling of a number of new web-enabled services that Enigma have been developing alongside teams from CE Electric.  Watch this space for more news!
