News: CE Electric goes mobile!

We’re delighted to announce the launch of CE Electric’s brand spanking new mobile site.

Designed initially as an aid to finding out about power outages in your area, this beautifully simple, custom-built mobile site talks to CE Electric’s internal monitoring systems to deliver real time updates to customers with power cuts.

The mobile power cuts service is designed to give customers choice – those who wish to can continue to use existing call centre and IVR services, whilst the mobile site caters to those who want to self-serve.  It’s one of a range of exciting new services to come online for CE Electric in recent months and the momentum is set to continue – expect to hear more on that this Summer!
