The Basic Skills Agency (BSA) is an independent organisation that aims to raise standards in basic skills - in adults and children of all ages. These include; reading, writing and speaking in English/Welsh, and using maths.
The agency's priorities include improving speaking and listening skills, engaging the disengaged and improving retention in adult basic skills.
Enigma have been working with the Basic Skills Agency since 2006.
