Action for Children have been supporting and speaking out for the most vulnerable and neglected children and young people in the UK for 140 years.
The charity provides a wide range of support, including; providing specialist help for disabled children, support for vulnerable and excluded young people, finding carers for children who can't live with their families and supporting families with difficult problems at critical times.
